Shihan (Master) Scott Cvetkovski grew up in a karate school owned by his father and 9th Degree Black Belt Hanshi Jim Cvetkovski. Scott's father holds many master ranks in a wide range of style which exposed Scott (and his students) to a curriculum that was full and complete, with Isshin-Ryu Karate being the foundation on which the other style techniques were built. With this, Scott has background in Kung-Fu, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, American Kenpo, Okinawan Weapons, Kickboxing, Filipino Martial Arts, Tae Kwon Do and Shotokan. Scott's passion for the martial arts continued from childhood to adulthood becoming the Instructional Staff Manager at WNY Karate Center, assisting his father in educating over 400 students in one location. Scott's dedicated and passion for training in Isshin-Ryu Karate led him to his most recent rank of 5th Degree Black Belt, giving him the title Shihan (Master).

Scott's journey led him and his wife to Los Angeles in 2015 where his passion for helping others continued to thrive. Scott started his first consulting company in 2015 called Positive Sports Leadership, a leadership, emotional intelligence and athletic development company that specializes in internal development to produce athletic performance. While consulting, Scott became a certified emotional intelligence practitioner, instructor of social and emotional learning and development and authored a book called The Sports Leadership Guide.
Scott is also the Founder and Master Teacher of One Heart Way. Scott has been trained by world-renowned William Rand and is a Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master, Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, Online Holy Fire III Reiki Master, and Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai Reiki Master. He has trained with the first Americans to be initiated as Siwa Murti healers in Bali and is proud to initiated has a Siwa Murti healer himself. Scott is also a Kundalini Activation Facilitator awakening our life force energy within and activating DNA.
Scott is a Professional Member of the International Center for Reiki Training, member of the OIKKA, and has Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Change from Daemen College. Always striving to become better and live his philosophy on being a life-long learner, Scott is currently training and pursing a Black Belt in Shotokan by renowned Shotokan expert and legend Sensei James Field.
